24 Hour Fitness was a negotiated contract awarded to March Associates Construction, Inc. as the construction manager. The project involved turning an old movie theater into a state-of-the-art health club with racquetball courts, a pool, basketball courts and a stadium platform cardio oor. The facility is impressive. March completed the project in the winter of 2011.
